REGOLE DELLA STRUTTURA

Siamo lieti di darvi il benvenuto nel Bed and Breakfast “Villa Teresa”.

Vi invitiamo a prendere visione del nostro regolamento interno.

I comportamenti da osservare nel B&B non sono soltanto quelli sanciti dalla legge, ma soprattutto quelli dettati dal buon senso e dal reciproco rispetto.

• Pulizia delle camere:

Il gestore può accedere alle camere, se libere, per la pulizia periodica. Se nell’orario in cui si effettuano le pulizie, le camere fossero occupate, non verrà eseguita la pulizia  della camera.Tale servizio viene garantito ogni tre giorni con sostituzione di tutta la biancheria.

• bambini:

La nostra struttura e’ adatta ai bambini, ma gli ospiti  sono totalmente responsabili per la loro incolumita’ e sicurezza in qualunque momento,cosi’ come di eventuali comportamenti che possano arrecare danni o disturbo al vicinato.

• Orario di check-in  e di check-out:

Le camere sono disponibili a partire dalle ore 16.00 e dovranno essere liberate entro le ore 10.00 del giorno successivo all’ultimo pernottamento.

Il check-in deve avvenire entro le ore 19.00: è’ consigliabile comunicare indicativamente l’orario d’arrivo.

Si precisa che in caso di partenze anticipate non sono previsti rimborsi.

• Piscina:

La piscina puo’ essere utilizzata solo nella fascia oraria tra le ore 9:00 / 13: 00 ,                  16: 30l/ 19.30.I bambini possono utilizzare la piscina SOLO ED ESCLUSIVAMENTE in presenza di un adulto .Per ragioni di sicurezza ,non e’ permesso utilizzare oggetti in vetro nell’area circostante la piscina.

• Numero di persone:

Non è consentito introdurre nel B&B persone di cui non sia stato registrato il documento d’identità o senza il consenso del proprietario.

• Animali:

E’ prevista la possibilità di ospitare animali di piccola-media taglia su richiesta, purchè siano costantemente sorvegliati dai proprietari  E’ vietato lasciare gli animali incustoditi all’interno della struttura.

• Orario per la colazione:

La colazione potra essere consumata presso il il bar Vince’s caffe’  servita dalle ore 8:00  alle ore 10.00  (in caso di esigenze particolari l’orario deve essere precedentemente concordato con il gestore).

• Divieti:

-E’ vietato fumare all’interno degli ambienti comuni e delle camere mentre in giardino e sulle terrazze bisogna servirsi dei posaceneri.

-E’ vietato buttare nel water pannolini e tutto ciò che possa ostruire le tubature. Si ricorda che esistono gli appositi cestini.

-E’ vietato aggirarsi nel B&B con indumenti che possano offendere l’altrui pudore.

• Obblighi dell’ospite:

-L’ospite è tenuto a risarcire i danni arrecati al B&B e per l’uso improprio delle dotazioni complementari.

-Deve essere osservato totale silenzio dalle ore 23.00 alle ore 8.00 e dalle ore 14.00 alle ore 16.00. In ogni caso deve essere mantenuto un comportamento che in nessun momento della giornata e in nessun modo danneggi l’altrui tranquillità.

-E’ fatto obbligo di  chiudere porte e  finestre, spegnere le luci, la televisione ed altri impianti quando si esce dal B&B.

 -Gli ospiti saranno responsabili del corretto collocamento dei rifiuti in un ottica di riciclo    .Dovranno utilizzare gli appositi contenitori e non lasciare  eventuali scarti nelle aree comuni.

• Raccomandazioni:

-Si invitano gli ospiti a vigilare sui propri oggetti in quanto i proprietari del B&B non sono responsabili della loro custodia.

-Si invitano gli ospiti a chiudere il cancello padronale, la porta d’ingresso e di avere cura delle chiavi.

-Non lasciare le chiavi inserite nella serratura.

-Gli ospiti prima della partenza devono riconsegnare le chiavi.

L’eventuale perdita delle chiavi di casa comporta l’addebito corrispondente per il cambio della serratura e dell’intero set di chiavi.

We are pleased to welcome you to the Bed and Breakfast “Villa Teresa”.

Please read our Rules of Procedure.

The behaviors to be observed in the B&B are not only those sanctioned by law, but above all those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.

• Room cleaning:

The manager can access the rooms, if free, for periodic cleaning. If the rooms are occupied during the cleaning time, the room will not be cleaned. This service is guaranteed every three days with the replacement of all linen.

• children:

Our property is suitable for children, but guests are fully responsible for their safety and security at all times, as well as for any behavior that may cause damage or disturbance to the neighborhood.

• Check-in and check-out times:

Rooms are available from 4.00 p.m. and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day following the last overnight stay.

Check-in must take place by 7.00 p.m.: it is advisable to communicate your arrival time approximately.

Please note that in case of early departures there are no refunds.

• Swimming pool:

The pool can be used only in the time slot between 9:00 am / 1:00 pm, 4:30 pm / 7.30 pm. For safety reasons, it is not allowed to use glass objects in the area surrounding the pool.

• Number of people:

It is not allowed to bring into the B&B people whose identity document has not been registered or without the consent of the owner.

• Animals:

It is possible to accommodate small-medium sized animals on request, as long as they are constantly supervised by the owners It is forbidden to leave animals unattended inside the structure.

• Breakfast time:

Breakfast can be enjoyed at the Vince’s café bar served from 8:00 to 10:00 (in case of special needs the time must be previously agreed with the manager).

• Bans:

-It is forbidden to smoke inside the common areas and rooms, while in the garden and on the terraces you must use ashtrays.

-It is forbidden to flush nappies and anything that may obstruct the pipes into the toilet. Please note that there are special baskets.

-It is forbidden to wander around the B&B with clothes that may offend the modesty of others.

• Obligations of the guest:

– The guest is required to compensate for the damages caused to the B&B and for the improper use of the complementary equipment.

– Total silence must be observed from 11.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m. and from 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. In any case, a behavior must be maintained that at no time of the day and in no way damages the tranquility of others.

– It is obligatory to close doors and windows, turn off lights, television and other systems when leaving the B&B.

-Guests will be responsible for the correct placement of waste with a view to recycling. They will have to use the appropriate containers and not leave any waste in the common areas.

RÈGLES DE STRUCTURE

Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir au Bed and Breakfast « Villa Teresa ».

Veuillez lire notre règlement intérieur.

Les comportements à observer dans le B&B ne sont pas seulement ceux sanctionnés par la loi, mais surtout ceux dictés par le bon sens et le respect mutuel.

• Nettoyage des chambres :

Le gérant peut accéder aux chambres, si elles sont libres, pour un nettoyage périodique. Si les chambres sont occupées pendant le temps de nettoyage, la chambre ne sera pas nettoyée. Ce service est garanti tous les trois jours avec le remplacement de tout le linge.

• enfants:

Notre propriété est adaptée aux enfants, mais les clients sont entièrement responsables de leur sécurité à tout moment, ainsi que de tout comportement susceptible de causer des dommages ou des perturbations au voisinage.

• Heures d’arrivée et de départ :

Les chambres sont disponibles à partir de 16h00 et doivent être libérées avant 10h00 le lendemain de la dernière nuitée.

Le check-in doit avoir lieu avant 19h00 : il est conseillé de communiquer votre heure d’arrivée approximativement.

Veuillez noter qu’en cas de départ anticipé, il n’y a pas de remboursement.

• Piscine:

La piscine ne peut être utilisée que dans le créneau horaire entre 9h00 / 13h00, 16h30 / 19h30. Pour des raisons de sécurité, il est interdit d’utiliser des objets en verre dans les environs de la piscine.

• Nombre de personnes :

Il n’est pas permis d’introduire dans le B&B des personnes dont la pièce d’identité n’a pas été enregistrée ou sans le consentement du propriétaire.

• Animaux:

Il est possible d’accueillir des animaux de petite et moyenne taille sur demande, à condition qu’ils soient constamment surveillés par les propriétaires. Il est interdit de laisser les animaux sans surveillance à l’intérieur de la structure.

• L’heure du petit-déjeuner :

Le petit-déjeuner peut être servi au café-bar du Vince’s de 8h00 à 10h00 (en cas de besoins spéciaux, l’heure doit être convenue au préalable avec le gérant).

• Interdictions:

-Il est interdit de fumer à l’intérieur des espaces communs et des chambres, tandis que dans le jardin et sur les terrasses, vous devez utiliser des cendriers.

-Il est interdit de jeter les couches et tout ce qui peut obstruer les tuyaux dans les toilettes. Veuillez noter qu’il existe des paniers spéciaux.

-Il est interdit de se promener dans le B&B avec des vêtements qui pourraient offenser la pudeur des autres.

• Obligations du client :

– Le client est tenu d’indemniser les dommages causés au B&B et pour l’utilisation inappropriée de l’équipement complémentaire.

– Le silence total doit être observé de 23h00 à 8h00 et de 14h00 à 16h00. Dans tous les cas, il faut maintenir un comportement qui ne porte atteinte à aucun moment de la journée et en aucun cas à la tranquillité des autres.

– Il est obligatoire de fermer les portes et les fenêtres, d’éteindre les lumières, la télévision et d’autres systèmes en quittant le B&B.

-Les clients seront responsables du placement correct des déchets en vue de leur recyclage. Ils devront utiliser les conteneurs appropriés et ne laisser aucun déchet dans les espaces communs.

• Recommandations:

-Les clients sont invités à veiller sur leurs biens car les propriétaires du B & B ne sont pas responsables de leur garde.

-Les clients sont invités à fermer la porte principale, la porte d’entrée et à prendre soin des clés.

-Ne laissez pas les clés dans la serrure.

-Les clients doivent rendre les clés avant le départ.

Toute perte des clés de la maison entraînera les frais correspondants pour le changement de la serrure et de l’ensemble du jeu de clés.

 STRUKTUR-REGELN

Die Verhaltensweisen, die im B&B zu beachten sind, sind nicht nur diejenigen, die gesetzlich sanktioniert sind, sondern vor allem diejenigen, die von gesundem Menschenverstand und gegenseitigem Respekt diktiert werden.

• Zimmerreinigung:

Der Verwalter kann die Zimmer, wenn sie frei sind, für die regelmäßige Reinigung betreten. Wenn die Zimmer während der Reinigungszeit belegt sind, wird das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Dieser Service wird alle drei Tage mit dem Austausch der gesamten Bettwäsche garantiert.

• Kinder:

Unsere Unterkunft ist für Kinder geeignet, aber die Gäste sind jederzeit voll verantwortlich für ihre Sicherheit sowie für jegliches Verhalten, das Schäden oder Störungen in der Nachbarschaft verursachen kann.

• Check-in- und Check-out-Zeiten:

Die Zimmer stehen ab 16.00 Uhr zur Verfügung und müssen am Tag nach der letzten Übernachtung bis 10.00 Uhr geräumt werden.

Der Check-in muss bis 19.00 Uhr erfolgen: Es ist ratsam, Ihre ungefähre Ankunftszeit mitzuteilen.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass bei vorzeitiger Abreise keine Rückerstattung erfolgt.

• Schwimmbad:

Der Pool kann nur im Zeitfenster zwischen 9:00 Uhr / 13:00 Uhr, 16:30 Uhr / 19:30 Uhr genutzt werden. Aus Sicherheitsgründen ist es nicht erlaubt, Glasgegenstände in der Umgebung des Pools zu verwenden.

• Anzahl der Personen:

Es ist nicht erlaubt, Personen in das B&B mitzubringen, deren Ausweisdokument nicht registriert wurde oder ohne die Zustimmung des Eigentümers.

• Tiere:

Auf Anfrage ist es möglich, kleine bis mittelgroße Tiere unterzubringen, solange sie ständig von den Besitzern beaufsichtigt werden Es ist verboten, Tiere unbeaufsichtigt in der Struktur zu lassen.

• Frühstückszeit:

Das Frühstück kann in der Café-Bar des Vince’s von 8:00 bis 10:00 Uhr serviert werden (bei besonderen Bedürfnissen muss die Zeit vorher mit dem Manager vereinbart werden).

• Verbote:

– Es ist verboten, in den öffentlichen Bereichen und Zimmern zu rauchen, während Sie im Garten und auf den Terrassen Aschenbecher verwenden müssen.

-Es ist verboten, Windeln und alles, was die Leitungen in die Toilette verstopfen könnte, zu spülen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass es spezielle Körbe gibt.

– Es ist verboten, sich im B&B mit Kleidung zu bewegen, die die Sittsamkeit anderer verletzen könnte.

• Pflichten des Gastes:

– Der Gast ist verpflichtet, die dem B&B entstandenen Schäden und die unsachgemäße Verwendung der Zusatzausstattung zu ersetzen.

– Von 23.00 bis 8.00 Uhr und von 14.00 bis 16.00 Uhr herrscht absolute Ruhe. In jedem Fall muss ein Verhalten beibehalten werden, das zu keiner Tageszeit und in keiner Weise die Ruhe anderer beeinträchtigt.

– Es ist obligatorisch, Türen und Fenster zu schließen, das Licht, den Fernseher und andere Systeme auszuschalten, wenn Sie das B&B verlassen.

– Die Gäste sind für die korrekte Entsorgung von Abfällen im Hinblick auf das Recycling verantwortlich. Sie müssen die entsprechenden Behälter verwenden und dürfen keinen Abfall in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen hinterlassen.

• Empfehlungen:

– Die Gäste werden gebeten, auf ihre Sachen aufzupassen, da die Eigentümer des B&B nicht für deren Sicherheit verantwortlich sind.

– Die Gäste werden gebeten, das Haupttor und die Haustür zu schließen und sich um die Schlüssel zu kümmern.

-Lassen Sie die Schlüssel nicht im Schloss.

– Die Gäste müssen die Schlüssel vor der Abreise zurückgeben.

Bei Verlust der Hausschlüssel wird die entsprechende Gebühr für den Wechsel des Schlosses und des gesamten Schlüsselsatzes erhoben.

REGLAS DE ESTRUCTURA

Por favor, lea nuestro Reglamento Interno.

Los comportamientos que se observan en el B&B no son solo los sancionados por la ley, sino sobre todo los dictados por el sentido común y el respeto mutuo.

• Limpieza de habitaciones:

El gerente puede acceder a las habitaciones, si están libres, para realizar limpiezas periódicas. Si las habitaciones están ocupadas durante el tiempo de limpieza, la habitación no se limpiará. Este servicio está garantizado cada tres días con la reposición de toda la ropa de cama.

• niños:

Nuestra propiedad es apta para niños, pero los huéspedes son totalmente responsables de su seguridad en todo momento, así como de cualquier comportamiento que pueda causar daños o molestias al vecindario.

• Horarios de entrada y salida:

Las habitaciones están disponibles a partir de las 16:00 horas y deben quedar libres antes de las 10:00 horas del día siguiente a la última pernoctación.

El check-in debe realizarse antes de las 19.00 horas: es recomendable comunicar su hora de llegada aproximadamente.

Tenga en cuenta que en caso de salidas anticipadas no hay reembolsos.

• Piscina:

La piscina se puede utilizar solo en la franja horaria entre las 9:00 am / 1:00 pm, 4:30 pm / 7.30 pm. Por motivos de seguridad, no está permitido el uso de objetos de vidrio en los alrededores de la piscina.

• Número de personas:

No está permitido introducir en el B&B personas cuyo documento de identidad no haya sido registrado o sin el consentimiento del propietario.

• Animales:

Es posible alojar animales de tamaño pequeño-mediano bajo petición, siempre y cuando estén constantemente supervisados por los propietarios Está prohibido dejar animales desatendidos dentro de la estructura.

• Hora del desayuno:

El desayuno se puede disfrutar en el bar cafetería Vince’s que se sirve de 8:00 a 10:00 (en caso de necesidades especiales, el horario debe acordarse previamente con el gerente).

• Prohibiciones:

-Está prohibido fumar en el interior de las zonas comunes y habitaciones, mientras que en el jardín y en las terrazas se debe utilizar cenicero.

-Está prohibido tirar de la cadena los pañales y cualquier cosa que pueda obstruir las tuberías del inodoro. Tenga en cuenta que hay cestas especiales.

-Está prohibido deambular por el B&B con ropa que pueda ofender el pudor de los demás.

• Obligaciones del huésped:

– El huésped está obligado a indemnizar por los daños causados al B&B y por el uso inadecuado del equipo complementario.

– Se debe guardar silencio total de 11.00 a 8.00 horas y de 14.00 a 16.00 horas. En cualquier caso, se debe mantener una conducta que en ningún momento del día y de ninguna manera dañe la tranquilidad de los demás.

– Es obligatorio cerrar puertas y ventanas, apagar las luces, la televisión y otros sistemas al salir del B&B.

-Los huéspedes serán responsables de la correcta colocación de los residuos con vistas a su reciclaje. Tendrán que utilizar los contenedores adecuados y no dejar ningún residuo en las zonas comunes.

• Recomendaciones:

-Se invita a los huéspedes a vigilar sus pertenencias, ya que los propietarios del B & B no son responsables de su custodia.

-Se invita a los huéspedes a cerrar la puerta principal, la puerta principal y cuidar las llaves.

-No deje las llaves en la cerradura.

-Los huéspedes deben devolver las llaves antes de la salida.

Cualquier pérdida de las llaves de la casa dará lugar al cargo correspondiente por el cambio de la cerradura y de todo el juego de llaves.
